Can I make an exchange or return of my order?

Yes, you can exchange or return an item purchased on our site within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the item has not been used by you and is in its original condition.
The exception is products purchased at a discount, these products are not subject to exchange and return.

What does original product condition mean?

This means that the product has not been used by you and has all the original labels and original packaging attached with which you received it, and that it has not been washed, damaged or altered by you.
If the product does not meet these requirements, then we cannot accept returns.

How can I make a return or exchange of order?

To make a return, you need to write us a return request to it-ama-ru@mail.ru within 14 days after you receive your order. The letter must include your full details, order number and a description of the items you wish to return or exchange, as well as the reason. In the case of a return, if you received the goods in a damaged form, you must attach a photo of the defects.
Any returns made without sending a prior application to our email address above and without receiving confirmation of the return from our side will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
